Medal Monday! Lots to catch up on this week - the Hatton runners have been busy 😊
London Marathon! Always a spectacular event and warm as usual 😎 congrats to and a special mention to who was doing his 2nd one in a week!
Amazing running 75k Dragons Back ultra in the Scottish Highlands 🏔️
Saturday was the It’s a piece of cake 10k with great efforts on a hilly course by with a PB for and a podium 3rd place for Jake!
Fab running by - her club came second in a 6 hr endure multi lap race in Sale
Lastly .soutter did his 2nd marathon in a month at Blackpool to add to the 72k ultra round Heaton Park in March! 👏🏻👏🏻

John Lugsden Thom Soutter Iain Cherry all completed - perfect conditions and special shout out to John who managed a 31minute PB!
Melanie Jane got her first sub 19 with 18.44 at - fab training for the Masters 10k next month! Paul Banham were there too as a last tune up pre and had a great speed workout!
Steve Bamford Rachel and Antonio all had great runs (and ice creams) at Mersey Tunnel 10k 🍦 Steve PBd by nearly a minute too 👏🏻👏🏻
Lastly congrats to Jo finishing Lincoln in under an hour and 6min faster than year - great running after your recent niggles!

to last year when I was coaching during her Dragons Den filming. That morning me and paced her to a cracking 26min 5k PB thru Mcr City Centre at 6am!
