It was wonderful to be part of Forth Housing Associations wellbeing day on Wednesday. Thank you for my lovely hand painted bird box.

I delivered a short session on Stress Awareness to the team on the day.

I read the best branding book this year, The Ulitimate DIY Brand Jedi Training Manual, written and published by the amazing Master Brand Jedi herself Angela DiMarco.

Here is the link.

The book was for me a change maker. I was for some years hiding behind The Potentially You Project. It helped me in my early years of business but lately it was becoming confusing.

I needed to stand out and stand forward in my own right. Clients hired me to deliver and my mission and vision was to redesign my website with me firmly stamped all over it.

With first class advice and training from Vikki Bradbury and GM Business Growth Hub, I turned to my brother Garry Lynch of Bear Media Content Services to redesign my look.

The website looks amazing. I absolutely love it and I am so glad and privileged to have Garry stand with me. We are not only business connections but really close friends.

Garry knows me and knows my business and this has been truly reflected in the website launch.

Thank you to you my team for helping me to shine.

As a gesture of celebration of the launch, I have decided not to raise my fees this year. Instead until the financial situation improves for us all, I am freezing my fees until further notice.

Reach out and drop me a message of you would like support with wellbeing or mental health programmes this year for you or your team.

To all practitioners who have been trained under my guidance, it's mental health awareness week. I hope you are planning engagement activities this week.

Organisations be mindful of the recommended ratios of staff to mental health trained first aiders.

If you need to boost your numbers get in touch. I have certification courses and refreshers available.

Take action, reach out get support

I am writing this with tears in my eyes.

I set out a year ago to deliver wellbeing consultation to Cadder Housing Association. We built a team led by the awesome Carrie Smith.

We achieved a lot over the past year, creating a wellbeing space, getting staff moving and raising levels of wellness within the organisation.

We agreed to do a Kiltwalk. Staff signed up. This weekend we smashed goals.

Thank you to all of you who stepped up to support us. I would like to especially thank my team of supporters who collectively have donated with gift aid included a staggering £1072.01

Absolutely mind blowing phenomenal. Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity will be able to do so much with every penny you have donated.

You are heros and I hug love and bless each one of you.

On behalf of the team, thank you.

Thank you one and all
