Joan is this year's winner of the Service to Sport Award. Over the past 38 years, Joan has inspired, motivated, and developed hundreds of swimmers with disabilities and supported countless volunteers and coaches by utilising her extensive knowledge of swimming.

🏊 Joan established the Jets Swim Team in Kilmarnock in 1987 as a referral rehabilitation programme, which has helped many individuals across the West of Scotland since.
