Today at the UKREiiF (UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum) we showcased Croydon’s momentum to investors, developers and partners from across the country.

Alongside the launch of the Invest Gatwick Region stand and speaking at the Pagabo Local Growth Pavilion event, I highlighted how culture, connectivity and investment are transforming Croydon.

With more than £1.2 billion of inward investment already secured since 2022, strengthened links with London Gatwick and a new Investment Prospectus setting out the scale of opportunity ahead, Croydon’s story is changing fast.

It was good to meet with James Routledge and his team last year to hear about their plans for Selsdon Park Estate.

Now the sale has completed, the proposed £30 million investment into this historic site - alongside the creation of more than 150 jobs - is a real vote of confidence in Croydon.
