Hi, I'm Lucy. I set up Unplugged Weekend in 2014 after a transformational experience in the Sahara Desert with no phone connection. Since then I've been hosting Digital Detox Retreats for people, like you, who want a chance to unplug and unwind from our always-on culture. Unplugged Weekend's retreat formula has been specially developed for maximum impact and relaxation, all achievable in a weekend!
