πŸ‘‰ This week, try adding a small step to this. Spend some time in nature, notice the greenness of the trees, the sounds of the birds chirping, the coolness of a breeze.
Can’t go out in nature this week? That’s OK. Try bringing a little bit of nature indoors to you. 🌱 Or you can try a creative outlet such as dancing, writing, singing, or drawing.

Do this today, tomorrow, the day after that for a week. Note how you’re feeling everyday. Let’s check-in again next Well-being Wednesday, and until then take care. 🌼
