On 6 December, we and United Nations Human Rights are launching the Practical Guide to Developing Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Legislation, the first definitive guidance from the United Nations on the laws States must enact to meet their obligations to prohibit discrimination + advance equality.
The Guide is the product of a 3 year collaborative research project, steered by our expert advisory committee Gay McDougall, Vitit Muntabhorn, Catalina Devandas, Nazila Ghanea, Nahla Haidar, Imrana Jalal, Sandra Fredman, Tarunabh Khaitan, Mumbi Ngugi, Niall Crowley and Margarita Ilieva.
