Almond cookies. ๐ When you want to bake, but really canโt be asked to get out more than 3 ingredients. Almond flour, sugar, egg whites. Done โ๏ธ. Got fancy and added blood orange ๐ zest, almond extract and some almonds - so that no one could accuse me on not making an effort.
Beautiful flowers ๐ท๐ท, fragrant candles ๐ฏ, champagne ๐ฅ and lively conversation will always disguise that you put virtually no effort into your hors dโoeurves. Incidentally this was followed by the most delish Cioppino (Italian seafood stew) - made both fodmap friendly and a version for those who tolerate onions/garlic.

A bit late to the pumpkin ๐ party this autumn ๐ ๐, but this first gluten and dairy free pumpkin bread didnโt disappoint! A perfect finish to a sausage traybake with kale and butternut squash.
