~~~📷 Images taken in my local park on my daily walk 🏃♂️ shows the signs of Covid -19,👽 isolation and lock down 😳. How is it affecting your mental ⛑️ and physical well-being?
The loneliness, ✋restriction, enforcement and isolation can be very challenging.
For some older people this isolated away from 👨👩👧👧 family must be very difficult indeed. 😢 ~~ -----------------------------------------------------------------
