🚨 WIN A FREE PAIR OF R.A.D SHOES🚨
Acid Athletics is coming to TargetFit. We are bringing the heat this month with an exciting challenge that’ll put your fitness to the test 🔥 For a limited time, members have the chance to compete head-to-head in a workout for the opportunity to WIN a pair of R.A.D shoes (best in the game).
Workout details:
50/40 calorie Row (M/F)
50 wall balls @6/3kg (M/F)
50/40 calorie bike (M/F)
Time cap 10 mins
Wall ball movement standards: 📖
-The movement starts with the wall ball in the front rack, knees and hips fully extended
-The athlete must squat with the crease of the hip below the knee.
-The rep is complete when the center of the ball hits the target at or above the specified target height.
Here’s how it works:
✅Open to all members for free.
✅ A coach/judge will guide you through the workout and oversee your score. Movement standards must be met to ensure a fair and consistent competition.
✅ All you need to do is book your heat time in advance.
✅ Best scores win! Simple, fair, and guaranteed to be a whole lot of fun 💪
Heat times:
Wednesday 9th July, 7am to 11am & 4pm to 6:30pm.
Friday 11th July, 7am to 11am & 4pm to 6pm.
If you can’t make any of these times and you wish to compete, feel free to let us know.
