🌳 We're Hiring – Groundsman Wanted!

Gem Tree Management is a local, family-run tree surgery business based in Watford, Hertfordshire, and we're looking for a hardworking Groundsman to join our team.

No experience? No problem, we're happy to train the right person. If you've got a positive attitude and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you.

✅ Previous experience in grounds or tree work is a bonus
✅ A full UK driving licence is a plus
✅ Any relevant qualifications or PPE (chainsaw trousers/boots) are welcome, but don't let that put you off applying if you're just starting out
