𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆. 𝗔 𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳.

Architectural Consultant Harry Goddard recently conducted aerial surveys at Cygnet Leisure Centre and Gravesham Civic Centre - two large public-sector buildings where getting a clear picture of roof and guttering condition is exactly the kind of task drones were made for.

Using drone imagery, Harry documented roof coverings, guttering systems, building facades and any visible structural or maintenance concerns across both sites. The kind of detail that would otherwise require significant time, access equipment, and a fair amount of risk.

The result is a detailed external condition record that gives the client a clearer baseline: what’s in good shape, what needs attention, and what to watch. For public sector buildings with tight maintenance budgets, that kind of evidence-based prioritisation matters.

Harry works alongside Ian Robertson, Richard Ogunniyi, Declan Beales, Lea Streat, and Sam Arthey, as part of the Potter R***r team delivering this work, a group covering building surveying, health and safety, and drone operations across a wide range of project types.
