Astro, fix the dishwasher!

Amazon announces Astro the home robot Astro can patrol the home when you're not there, or be remotely controlled.

In quarantine until the end of the week (minor symptoms - I'm one of the lucky ones). I'm expecting to be able to resume normal service from Mon 30th March. Stay safe everyone!

Dishes not cleaning well? Add salt to the dishwasher salt compartment. It regenerates the water softener.

If you do a 90 degrees wash in your washing machine occasionally it will prevent mold building up on the door seal.

Oven not working? Check the timer hasn't got set by accident before calling an engineer...

Fridge or freezer not working well? Try it again after defrosting it!

Remember London has "hard" water so fill your dishwasher salt container to regenerate the water softner. (even if using 3-in-1 detergent)

Use detergent powder not liquid in your washing machine. Powder cleans better and doesn't clog up the pipes in the machine.

Just fixed a washing machine in Winston Road. Nearly finished for the Christmas break!
