AFK - Working With Disability

We’re excited to share that AFK has launched our new Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) services.

Over the past few months, we’ve been developing training and consultancy to help organisations build more inclusive workplaces for disabled and neurodivergent people.

Our sessions are shaped by lived experience, helping organisations better understand the barriers people face and the practical steps they can take to remove them.

Every organisation is on a different journey when it comes to inclusion. That’s why our training and consultancy can be tailored to your team, your workplace and your goals.
