🚧 WE’RE HIRING – Traffic Management Operatives & M6 Supervisors 🚧
Location: Based from Godalming Depot
Positions: Full-Time, Permanent

Amber-RTM, a leading provider of temporary traffic management solutions, is expanding! Following the award of long-term contracts in the region, we are looking to recruit dedicated Traffic Management Operatives and M6 Supervisors to join our experienced team based in Godalming.

🔧 Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Traffic Management Operatives:

Deployment and removal of temporary traffic management systems (cones, signs, lights, etc.)

Ensuring sites are safe and compliant with sector schemes

Working to strict health & safety procedures

Driving company vehicles to and from sites

M6 Supervisors:

Managing operative teams on-site

Liaising with clients and ensuring smooth project delivery

Completing site audits and ensuring compliance with Chapter 8 and Sector Scheme 12D

Daily reporting and maintaining site paperwork

✅ Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Valid Traffic Management qualifications (Lantra 12D / 12AB preferred)

M6 qualification required for Supervisory roles

A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required
