Reflecting on the incredible journey of 🌱✨, I'm reminded of the seeds of inspiration that were sown back in 2007. Our Co-founder and Head of Coffee, Fabio Ferreira, embarked on this path 🚀. His triumph in the Brazilian Coffee in Good Spirits Competition opened doors 🏆🚪, leading him to the doorstep of Daterra farm 🌳. What transpired was the genesis of a partnership that grows stronger with each passing year 💪❤️.

This year holds special meaning to our hearts 💚. Our commitment to sustainability found its roots in supporting Daterra's ambitious 'Tree_llion' project 🌳🌳🌳 – a mission to plant over 20 million trees 🌱🌍. From this noble endeavor sprouted our own 'Roas-tree' project 🌱🌱. For every 20kg of Daterra coffee shared with the world, we plant a tree and provide a decade of nurturing care 🌿🌳. Since its inception in 2020, this initiative has flourished 🌱🌟. Fabio's visit to witness the growth of 1016 trees, protecting a vital water spring 💧, underscores our dedication 🙌. The once-existing forest has expanded, now offering refuge to diverse wildlife – from Brazilian Jaguars 🐆 to cascavel snakes 🐍, and even a family of vibrant Toucans 🦜. This thriving ecosystem safeguards the precious water source 🌊.

Fabio's journey this year marks the dawn of another exciting chapter 📖🌅. We proudly introduce Notes exclusive coffee from Daterra ☕ – a harmonious blend of distinct Arabica varieties, woven together through diverse processes including Cerrado Mineiro Natural Dried-on-tree, Natural & Pulped Natural 🌳🌞. This symphony of flavors reveals notes of Dulce de Leche 🍯, Milk Chocolate 🍫, and Hazelnuts 🌰, balanced with an orange acidity 🍊. It's a sip of pure delight ☕🤤.

As Fabio concludes his two-day sojourn, spanning flights and countless kilometers ✈️🌍, he plants a symbolic tree once more 🌱🌳. This cherished tradition embodies the spirit of every visit we undertake, a testament to our enduring friendship 🤝❤️. 🌟 🌎 🌳☕
