On Day 3 of the HOME & FUTURE 2026 tour, the uhomes.com team explored two student residences in Manchester — Hollingworth House and Chandos House. Joined by the CEO of iQ Student Accommodation, the visit included property tours and a roundtable discussion that highlighted Manchester’s vibrant academic environment and convenient student lifestyle. 🎓

🏡 iQ Hollingworth House offers excellent connectivity, located within walking distance of the University of Manchester and close to Piccadilly station. The residence also provides free light breakfast for students and well-equipped rooms with essential appliances, along with secure access and shared facilities.

🏡 iQ Chandos House is a modern residence also close to the university, surrounded by supermarkets and dining options. Studios feature bright interiors, double-glazed windows for quiet living, and reception services with Chinese-language support.

During the visit, CEO Matt introduced the spaces and shared insights about student living in Manchester. A roundtable session with industry leaders also gave students valuable advice and study-abroad insights.
