10 years! We are so proud of you Becky! 🥳

10 years ago to the day, I qualified as a Performance cycling instructor. I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I have ever done in my life. Being a cycling/spin instructor is incredible. All them years ago I never believed I had the confidence and fitness to do something like this.I have the lovely Sasha to thank for the encouragement, advice and for trusting me with my own class (just one week after qualifying). Over the years I have met so many wonder people in my classes, which I am proud to call friends. A massive thank you to all the gyms, gyms management and staff that I have had the pleasure to work with over the years, everyone of you are wonderful. To my husband for always supporting me so I can do a job I absolutely love ❤️.
My final thank you to all the amazing people that come to classes, week in week out. It is your continuous support that lets me be able to do what I love. Thank you everyone ! Here’s to many more classes together 😊
