Feeling grateful 🤩

What do you do first thing in the morning when you open your eyes 👀

I for example, been struggling with habits of taking my phone first thing the morning. Checking social and messages.

Interesting thing happens, if I think about it, I’m pretty much programming myself to be the same, to do the same, and to experience the same thing each morning.

Instead of that, I decided to change it to something more positive, more productive, that sets my day to the best possible day.

And that is gratitude, first thing in the morning, as detailed as possible. It might be an experience that I had yesterday, or this week, and I set myself to success.

As soon as I write it down, I feel more energy, I feel more grounded, and just unbeatable with the feeling of abundance that waits me in the day. 😁🚀
