I joined ***deandco last month as Su***de Bereavement Advisor, and today feels especially meaningful. It’s World Su***de Prevention Day, a moment to raise awareness, support each other, and remind ourselves that no one has to walk this journey alone.

Today Su***de&Co launch their free app across all devices! The Su***de&Co app is here to support you, day and night, a companion in your pocket for every step of your grief journey. Whenever you open the app, it’s ready: with tools, guidance, and gentle company. Even in the hours when our other services can’t be.

📲 Download the app today on the App Store or Google Play Store.

Thrilled to share that I’ve been awarded Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA). Over the last couple of years, I’ve had the privilege of delivering learning experiences that support the academic development of postgraduate students.

This recognition is especially meaningful as I near the completion of my PhD in su***de bereavement and posttraumatic growth, within the field of Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

Heartfelt thanks to Dr Hanna Kampman and Dr Rita Lopes for the generous references, and to the CELT team at UEL for their support and guidance throughout the application process.

Onwards, with gratitude.

Recently, my research paper on positive nutrition, wellbeing, and posttraumatic growth, co-authored with the inspiring Dr. Kampman, has been cited in the latest edition of Applied Positive Psychology - Integrated Positive Practice textbook (2nd edition). It is an absolute privilege and an honour to be cited in a book written by leading researchers and authors in the field of Positive Psychology.

Dr. Kate Hefferon, whose pioneering work on posttraumatic growth and the body-mind connection initially inspired me to join the Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) programme, remains a guiding influence in my doctoral research. Being recognised at this stage in my early research career is a meaningful milestone and a rewarding full-circle moment.
