We helped .amanda by 3d scanning her rope concept pieces
We used laser scanning to capture the finest details and form of the individual rope fibre and texture
The fixed data was then 3d printed in PMMA and cast by the pioneering
This is a perfect example of several disruptive technologies combined to allow artists and product designers new creative possibilities
