This festive season, we're celebrating the spirit of the majestic elephant 🐘

One of the world's most compassionate animals, they have the innate ability to feel and respond to each other's emotions, especially during challenging times.

The phrase 'the elephant in the room' often refers to the stigma and silence attached to mental health. You may have noticed our logo features a subtle elephant's trunk, this is because were redefining this phrase by embracing the empathy elephants are known for.

Many people find the festive season difficult, so we've included a pocket elephant for recipients to give to someone who might really appreciate knowing they’re there for them. Sometimes the smallest gestures go the longest way.

Here's to adopting the spirit of the elephant this festive season and supporting those who may need a little extra care.

YKP understands the importance of putting the wellbeing of your people at the heart of what you do as a business. She has over 20 years of international experience in retail, learning & development, leadership, management and service strategy.

Now, YKP works with Corin & Co to deliver bespoke sessions and workshops on a range of mental health and wellbeing topics including stress, burnout and mental health awareness. She is also one of our brilliant Mental Health First Aid Trainers, who delivers her sessions with a level of empathy and passion that leaves a lasting impact on many attendees (as you can see in this review from one of our Mental Health First Aid Courses).

Meet Kelly! Kelly is one of our amazing lead trainers here at Corin & Co. She has over 20 years’ experience in commercial law and business, and has worked in management with high achieving teams. Kelly understands the challenges managers and People Leads face today, having witnessed this first-hand.

But after losing her brother to su***de, Kelly became determined to open up a conversation around mental health and su***de within the workplace. Kelly retrained as a Professional Coach and a Mental Health First Aid instructor, and now delivers MHFA course, bespoke workshops and consults managers on how to effectively look out for the mental health and wellbeing of their team.

Kelly’s kindness, empathy and experience brings so much to the incredible work she does at Corin & Co.
