Our Birria is lamb shoulder slow cooked in a flavoursome blend of Mexican chillis and spices for several hours.

The quesabirria tacos are corn tortillas filled with the softest lamb and stretchy cheese garnished with onions and coriander. Served with a pot of our spicy and meaty consume broth
