Excited to be delivering this new course that I’ve written, tomorrow in person to 12 Trainees, in Leeds.

This workshop is for you to find out about “🅷🅾🆆 🅰🅽🅳 🆆🅷🅴🅽” to use scaling as part of self evaluation with your students.

Scaling is a great tool that is often overlooked or misused. I will help you to understand how it will enable you to dig deeper and have more meaningful conversations, with pupils…. which will help you score higher on your Part 3 or Standards Check.

In this interactive workshop you will gain the clarity to be able to use scaling and self-evaluation in all lessons that you deliver and it will become natural to both you and your pupils.

Pupils need to be actively engaged in their learning process, not just to be told what’s going well and not so well.

This workshop will help you and in turn you can confidently help your students to identify the skills that need developing, so together you can set more realistic goals and needs throughout each session.
