Any system is only as good as its input. Without accurate, reliable, repeatable measurements, higher level functionality can't be built and won't be reliable.

At I.C.E. Electronics we are used to interfacing with the real world in its rawest electrical form and providing compensation to get the most out of your sensor.

Many of these products operate at the coalface of measurement and are embedded into the environment. Which means that we are used to dealing with the most demanding requirements for our electronics, from high temperature to high bandwidth. As well as working within small spatial requirements, enabling easy integration into your sensor housings.

Industry 4.0 and beyond follows the growing trend towards automation and data exchanges. Particularly when it comes to manufacturing technologies, supply chain processes, and data gathering and analysis.

Together with the Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0 is improving manufacturing efficiency, quality and volume. And it’s doing that through the use of intelligent, real-time, data-driven analysis.

I.C.E. Electronics has embraced the ideals of Industry 4.0. We have added a level of automation within the business and all products manufactured by I.C.E Electronics go through an automated test routine with traceable test results.

We work closely with our customers to help integrate the same level of traceability and data transparency into their processes. And we have deployed a number of automated test rigs with customers to compliment our products and can help you do the same.

EMBEDDED PROCESSING AND CONTROL

Embedded processors often form the core of an embedded system. Their programming ultimately defines the product’s behaviour and performance.

Many of our electronic systems acquire, process and condition incoming data and present it to the world. This could be via an analogue output that interfaces with existing or legacy systems, or through a wireless infrastructure that connects to the cloud as part of an Internet of Things solution.
