Late Payment Policy ‼️

Thank you all so much for your continued support and trust in my cleaning services!

Unfortunately there has been an increase in late payments over the last few weeks, and I am currently still waiting for payments to be made from the beginning of this week.

This, as you can understand, is having an effect on by business and personal outgoings .

As this is my only form of income, it’s important that all payments are made on time, to keep the business running smoothly.

I’d like to kindly remind everyone that payment is due on the day of service or by the due date on your invoices.

As stated in the terms and conditions, a late payment fee of £5.00 per day will be applied to any balances not paid on time.

Please note:
If payment is made late without including the late fee, future cleans will be paused until the full balance (including any applicable fees) is cleared, and future cleans will need to be paid for , upfront in cash.

This policy helps keep payments fair for all of my clients.
