As we sit in our space of limbo for a little while longer until we move into our new home, and allowing all the rollercoasters to be felt, I’m always so humbled and amazed at how much can be grown in tiny spaces.

We’re currently having a play with distilling some of these petals down to help mini REWILD.ME & her overly sun kissed skin from the beach. They can be really good for other angry skin conditions, and particularly for the eye area too.

They’re also totally edible and the different coloured flowers have different tones and flavours. Really lovely as a tea too - it can help with fevers and digestive issues as well as any pre or bleed pains.

I asked a few weeks ago if you wanted to know more about some of my other offerings....so I thought it would be fitting to share that I’ll be holding space tonight online for a summer solstice influenced yoga Nidra.

We have been coming together every a Sunday evening since March 2020 and we have such a beautiful weekly group. If you haven’t practiced Nidra before, it’s such a gorgeous experience. A deep, guided meditation for inner quietness, nourishment, and tapping into the parts of the mind we are too busy to listen to.

For my personal practice, I cleanse my space with one of our smoke wands and then use one of the blends to enhance my experience... tonight I’m using ELIXIR 💫

All beautiful, ethereal oils but clary sage is particularly magical and if you’re not aware of it, it’s worth investigating. Especially for women as it can work to support & balance hormones and is simply beautiful ahead of your moon time. 🌙 🩸

The salts have a new base too ... simple and super effective base with the powerhouse of huge magnesium flakes & rich Himalayan salts to bring key minerals back into your body whilst eliminating toxins.

Then comes the magic ontop....both the salts & the melts in the ELIXIR range have CBD in them.

It probably goes without saying I’m a huge fan of plant medicine in a variety of forms. I truly believe by working with nature we can heal our bodies & support our minds. So, for me CBD is part and parcel of that. I’ve used it for years - initially to support me through acute grief and anxiety but since then I use it as a maintenance, a kind of supplement and have found enormous benefit from it.

Best known as an oral supplement- CBD also works topically - so it can be absorbed through the skin. I would recommend being in an ELIXIR bath (or foot soak) for 20 mins minimum to let it sink it for optimum goodness.

So buying blends online is really hard isn’t it ! How do you know which oils you like /dislike ?
I can always provide advice especially if you’re working on specific issues or want a blend to reflect something in particular ... but when it’s general .. will I like it ... it can be much harder.
Well, in addition to our gorgeous stockists where you can have a good old sniff... plus the pop ups we have dotted over the summer.. we thought it would be handy to have little tester packs of left over wax shards from when we’re making candles & melts.
