Huniik Restaurant, Merida | Beyond The Ordinary Huniik is an acclaimed fine-dining restaurant in Merida, Yucatan and a shining example of Nueva Cocina Yucateca, the new Yucatecan cuisine.

Although perhaps not so well known, the Museum of the Revolution in Leon Nicaragua is certainly worth a visit, especially as some of the older guides are, well, ex revolutionaries. The image below is a mural from the museum which is located in the centre of Leon.
