🔧 Project Update: High-Rise Window Replacement Nearing Completion 🏗️

We’re proud to be nearing the final stages of a large-scale window replacement project on a series of high-rise residential buildings within the Newcastle Area.

The existing windows were no longer meeting modern compliance standards—particularly in terms of thermal performance and safety. Our team at Sharp Installations was appointed to deliver full replacement works, ensuring that the new systems met current building regulations and enhanced energy efficiency targets, including improved U-values and airtightness.

✅ Scope of Works Included:
🟢 Removal of outdated window systems
🟢 Supply and installation of new, thermally efficient window units
🟢 Full insulation and airtight detailing
🟢 Structural support works using steel framing systems
🟢 Fire stopping and compliant finishing

All works were carried out at height on fully scaffolded elevations by our experienced operatives—ensuring quality, safety, and minimal disruption to residents.
