Here is one of our very first sign-ups showing off an excellent book choice! 📖✨ Last year, more than 1,000 children joined The Summer Reading Challenge at Harrogate library.

If you're looking for a fantastic activity to keep the children entertained this summer, pop down to Harrogate library to sign up. It's completely FREE to join and there are stickers and prizes to collect along the way as well as a medal and certificate at the end🥇

Mon - Thurs 9-7
Fri 9-5
Sat 9-4

We’re all geared up for the Summer Reading Challenge!

Displays are up, schools have been visited (with more still to visit!), the prizes are here, and the podium is in place ready for all those finisher photos.

Children, aged 4-11 years, can sign up for FREE from tomorrow. Once signed up to the challenge children can collected rewards for their summer holiday reading. We have thousands of books to choose from and it's a great opportunity for children to try new authors and read a wide variety of books. And don't forget, audiobooks count too!
