Warehouse Storage Solutions were contracted to reconfigure a mezzanine floor and pallet racking for a client in Leeds.

The scope of works included the complete stripdown to componant form and the rebuild of a mezzanine floor and the stripdown and removal of pallet racking and an oversailing floor.

The oversailing floor was first stripped and the pallet racking palletised and banded. This was then removed from site.

The mezzanine was then stripped down to componant form. Special care had to be taken not to damage the deck boards.

The columns were then moved into thier new position and some of the purlins trimmed and drilled to accomodate the slight change in size. Special beam sections were made in order to oversail the floor onto an existing blockwork floor in order to allow access.
