Last night we congratulated amazing Alison reaching 200 MoveMe classes!!

It’s been an absolute pleasure getting to know her over these last two and a half years - her dedication, motivation, and determination along with her energy, chat and sense of fun is fantastic and I’m very chuffed to know her.

Congratulations to Jan (one of our Monday night aerobics gang) on reaching 25 classes! She puts in a great workout despite the temperature in the room being almost sauna-ish and I’m delighted that she chooses my classes to keep fit 🤗.
And we also celebrated Christine making it to 25 chairobics classes! Still mastering ‘opposite arm and leg’ 🤪 but thoroughly enjoying the tunes and the workout, it’s been great getting to know her over the last year 😊.
