If you are frequently waking up between 2am and 4am and then struggling to get back to sleep, this could be a sign that you need to change something in your life. Time between 2 - 4am is the time when our subconscious thinking kicks in and the brain starts to solve our problems. It might be that you are unhappy at work or in relationship but you don’t realise it.
Discuss what’s on your mind with your friend or write it down. This simple technique may help.

The key to success is to set up SMART goals, follow them and achieve. My goal for the next 10 days is to reach more people. How will I know if I achieved my goal? Data!! So, I am saying now that if I reach 400 likes by Friday 20th July, I will succeed. But remember that goals have to be realistic. Is my goal realistic? My husband says "no", I believe that "yes". And this is called leverage, it will push me to suceed:)

Many people talk about NLP these days and many of them have absolutely NO IDEA what they're talking about. I have read this great short definition in one of the Tony Robbins book:

"NLP is the science of how to run your brain in an optimal
way to produce the results you desire."

Saying it simpler way; learning NLP is like upgrading the software in your computer. So if you're not getting the results in your life you want, then maybe it is time for an upgrade in your life :o)
