A large tile in the shower proved to be a practical step with only a few joints. Brushed brass/brushed gold effect hardware is a nice change from chrome. Often the smaller the room the harder the work as it presents a tight work space and very little flexibility for positioning of the main items in the room, the homeowner asked for a tall store cupboard and between us we designed and sourced what was best for this bathroom., using 3 Howdens white kitchen base units one on top of the other x 3 and it stopped just right at the ceiling.Trying to get all the small things like the waste plug for the shower and the push for the Wc in brushed brass was not easy as it’s not as common as I’m sure it will be.

Sometimes we are asked to just change a few things in an existing bathroom or kitchen, this makes for an almost new look especially when we upgrade the worktops and add a boiler housing.
Once we realised we could build a nice tall cupboard at the end of the bath using just two kitchen wall units repurpose them turning them into a tall shallow depth unit we were happy as an ideal solution was not evident initially. We then put a small piece of oak effect worktop on the top so some indoor plants could put up high a nice touch.

Acoustic panels and oak doors!. Finding the acoustic panels to match the oak doors was great. And making sure we used quality handle sets and latches was important to the job going well and the handles lasting for many years. We put Satin Osmo oil on the doors allowing them to look their best and made sure the oil was recommended by the doors manufacturers.
