✨️Meet Sue ✨️ – Enabler/Administrator, Creative Enabling Limited

Born and raised in Tiverton, Devon, Sue’s lifelong passion for helping others began at age 18 when she moved to West Sussex to work as a nanny. Returning home to her Devon roots in 2000, she embarked on a diverse and deeply rewarding career dedicated to public service and community care.

Over the years, Sue has worn many hats: she spent over two decades working in community care, thrived in the fast-paced environment of a private ambulance company, and served her community as a retained firefighter starting in 2004.

In 2012, Sue channelled her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for care into co-founding a highly successful Meals on Wheels business with her husband. For 12 years, they proudly delivered hot meals to residents across Devon and Somerset before successfully selling the business in 2024.

Now happily settled in Exmouth since 2024, Sue balances her time between family and leisure. She is the proud mother of two grown-up daughters and loves her weekly role looking after her young grandson. When she isn't spending quality time with friends and family, Sue can be found traveling, exploring the outdoors, and walking her two beloved dogs.

✨️Meet Rachel ✨️ – Enabler/Administrator, Creative Enabling Limited

Rachel joined Creative Enabling in October 2024, bringing with her 14 years of invaluable experience as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant. Throughout her career in education, Rachel has been fuelled by a deep passion for supporting individuals and helping them unlock their full potential.

Outside of her professional life, Rachel is the proud mother of two grown-up children and treasures spending quality time with family and friends. An avid traveller, she loves going on holidays and seizes every opportunity to explore new places.

✨️Meet Pete ✨️ – Enabler, Creative Enabling Limited

For the last four years, Pete has found immense fulfilment in supporting people as they navigate life with Prader-Willi Syndrome, brain injuries, and Autism. For him, this work goes far beyond providing standard enabling care—it is about building genuine, kind connections and walking alongside individuals as they discover their own paths.

Pete is a firm believer that a bit of fresh air and a good meal can do wonders for the soul. Whether he is exploring the beauty of Dartmoor, finding peace in the Snowdonia mountains, or whipping up something healthy and delicious in the kitchen, he loves sharing his passions for fitness and cooking to help others feel their absolute best.

When he isn’t working, Pete cherishes spending quality time with his daughter and catching up with friends. Always ready to lend a hand, share a favourite recipe, or offer a word of encouragement, Pete’s ultimate goal is simple: to help the people he supports lead happy, healthy lives filled with the very things that bring a smile to his face.

✨️Meet June ✨️ – Enabler, Creative Enabling Limited

June is a proud member of the Creative Enabling team, bringing a wealth of warmth, patience, and dedication to her role. Before stepping into this new chapter, she spent nearly 20 years working in a school environment with four and five-year-olds—a career she truly loved. For June, there was nothing quite like the joy of helping young children find their confidence and watch them grow.

Now, she is channelling that same passion into her work with Creative Enabling. June finds her role incredibly rewarding and looks forward to supporting the people she works with to live happy, fulfilling lives.

When she isn’t at work, June loves to stay active and can often be found cycling around her local area. Above all, she cherishes spending quality time with her family, which includes keeping up with her grandchildren.

With over 10 years of experience in the care sector, Stacey is deeply passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives. She is dedicated to providing person-centred support, helping individuals live as independently and confidently as possible while maintaining their quality of life. For Stacey, giving back to the community and making a meaningful difference is the most rewarding part of her work.

Outside of work, family is everything to her. Stacey is a proud grandparent to two precious grandchildren who bring immense joy to her life. To unwind, she loves getting outdoors—whether she's taking long walks across Dartmoor or enjoying a relaxing day by the seaside.

✨️Meet Gemma ✨️ – Enabler, Creative Enabling Limited

Gemma isa dedicated and compassionate professional who has spent just over a decade caring for others. With over 10 years of experience in the care sector, Gemma has a rich and varied background. She has worked as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in hospitals, and has specialised experience in mental health, adults with learning disabilities, and elderly care with a specific focus on dementia care.

Outside of her meaningful work, Gemma is a woman of many talents. She is a passionate crafter and crochet enthusiast, occasionally taking her beautiful handmade creations to local fetes and fayres.

At home, Gemma is a devoted wife, a proud mummy to one, and a dedicated pet mum to her five beloved fur babies. In her spare time, she loves nothing more than relaxing with her family and friends, enjoying meals out, and, of course, unwinding with her latest crafting project.
