Beast back session I have had in ages in terms of strength wise and amazing lat pump to finish off with.

Top set of T bar rows still need some tweaks but you know what for the weight i am fu***ng happy with this for a last set!

Sets went as follows
60 x 14
80 x 12
90 x 10
110 x 8
130 x 6

Straight after this we hit a cluster set on barbell rows !!!! 🤯
*
If u want your back thickness to grow then you got to get your ass in gear and row!!

Be the hardest worker in the room push your own limits never mind what anyone else is doing 💯

Will have a cleaning station and keeping to 2m apart rule but we will still be training hard !!
Great little chest session last night last night with makes a change to train with someone.
Energy levels weren't at their highest but still worked up to the 50s and I know next time I can go up more !!
