We’re excited to have Exercise Science Consulting (ESC) joining us at the Bike Shed Bike Show this Saturday! Located above Bike Shed Outta-Town, ESC will be running taster classes, injury assessments & biomechanics demos throughout the day to help you perform at your best—on and off the bike.

What’s on at ESC?
Pilates Taster Classes with Kat ( Out Therapies) – Recovery & sport-focused sessions (10:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM)
Biomechanics & Gait Analysis – Foot pressure plate & video analysis demos (Every 30 minutes from 10:30 AM – 3 PM)
