Make sure you and everyone else is coming home – None for the road
Even small amounts of alcohol affect your ability to drive: it slows reaction times and affects your vision and concentration. You’re more likely to engage in risk taking. There’s no reliable way to drink and stay within the limit –you cannot work out a safe level by counting units.
✖️ 🍺Avoid alcohol altogether if you plan to drive to and from your local to watch England v Mexico tomorrow at 1am. You have time to make alternative plans to get to and from the venue safely if you are planning on drinking. Remember: none for the road.
Driving while incapacitated through alcohol is one of the top five causes or contributary factors to deaths and serious injuries on our roads.
📱 If you suspect someone is going to immediately drive after drinking alcohol or taking drugs, call 999. You could save a life.

Do you know where your children are? | Tombstoning
They might be jumping or diving into water from cliffs, bridges, harbours or piers where diving is prohibited for very good reasons. When you don’t know what’s beneath the surface, it's extremely risky.
Hidden rocks, shallow water, and strong currents can cause serious injury or death, and there is the real risk of cold water shock which can incapacitate and lead to drowning.
Parents should be aware where their children are to make sure they are not taking part in this anti-social and dangerous behaviour, to keep them safe.
It's no less risky for adults. It's even riskier if alcohol is involved.
