So today I should of been on the start line for a 5k race around Haldon but I decided not to run ☹️ it’s so hard calling it but finding it hard to get back after this cold and life is just so busy. I have learnt to listen to my body ( it’s taking some time 😂 ) so I got to watch as my lad was in there somewhere on the start line in his first race 🩵

Love my new running top from but the weather has gone for freezing to weather again within a week ( warm as in shorts and t-shirt weather for running)
