🌿✨ Starting over can feel like one of the hardest things we ever do.

There can be fear... fear of the unknown, fear of getting it wrong, or fear of change.

Over the past year, as I've continued my Reiki journey and deepened my practice, I've come to understand that healing isn't about becoming someone new - it's about returning to who I have always been. 🌸💚

Starting over isn't failure. It's often an invitation to realign with your purpose and passions. ✨

You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to rush. One gentle step at a time is enough. 🌱
