Walkerburn 7s 2026 finalists!

A great way to bring our 2026 sevens season to an end as the lads battled a day full of injuries to reach the final of the final ever Walkerburn 7s tournament.

Wins against Melrose and the Babas in the group stage and a loss by golden point to Peebles was enough to see us through to the semi-finals where we topped the West Linton Lions, before suffering a narrow defeat to a strong Kelso side 19-12 in the final.

Thanks to for hosting a great event and a huge thank you to the players who helped out as injury cover on the day.

Well done to all the players, coaches and helpers involved in making this 2026 7s campaign such a success.
