Great to welcome Kirstie onboard from Streetwork/Simon Community Scotland to discuss collective support across Edinburgh. Streetwork Simon Community Scotland
We are now running online booking for our Monday and Thursday sailing and training days, and it's working very well. This will help us to manage capacity and make sure everyone has a seat.
Safer by Sound had a great sail last week and ERA Edinburgh Recovery Activities join us today! ๐
Outreach this morning is being delivered by Simona and our new volunteer, Emily.
Our Wednesday groups enjoyed a great session with Anna from Floramedica last week, making pesto from wild garlic collected near Harrison Park. Spring has definitely sprung! Have a great day everyone! ๐ต๐ธ

Good morning everyone and Happy New Year! ๐๐
We are sharing a New Year message from the inspirational Liliana Myres whose words reached us and we hope they reach you too.
Thank you to Cicely for the wonderful article in Towpath Talk. We will share that soon.
We will be thinking of Simon and Ron and their dear friends and families. Simon Jaquet and Ron Rusack, both friends of The Sorted Project, sadly died very recently. Their lives were quietly bold, brave and kind and they each leave great legacies. We will miss them.
"A new year arrives quietly, carrying both hope and responsibility in equal measure.
Itโs a reminder that beginnings donโt always come with perfect timing or clear plans for everyone, but they do come with possibility.
A new year doesnโt erase the past, but it gives us space to write the next chapter differently.
With fresh pages ahead, may we step forward with courage, integrity, love and hope, ready to meet whatever comes, and willing to grow through it.
Some questions Iโve learned to use in the past years and Iโm giving them to you now, hoping they will help you.
โSo what?
Why not?
What now?
What if?โ
May you all have the most amazing
2026!!!"
