Tonight was the kick off for Edinburgh's Hogmanay and I was up in my special vantage point - high about the crowds again! Were you in the crowd?

I have just spent the most amazing 3 weeks travelling around Vietnam and have totally fallen in love. I have never visited a tropical country before and was completely bowled over by the how vibrant the colours are when under a tropical sun. On top of that, every night you are treated to the most incredible sunsets which we just don't get this far North.
This was taken on our last night on the island of Phú Quốc and I managed to find some fisherman on the rocks to add a bit of foreground interest to the scene.
