By utilising rope access techniques, our technicians can safely inspect, repair, and maintain structures without the additional costs and disruption associated with traditional access methods such as scaffold towers, scissor lifts, or cherry pickers.
The use of ropes within industrial environments originated from techniques developed in caving and climbing, and has since evolved into a highly specialised system used across numerous work-at-height disciplines. Today, rope access is widely used for tasks including pitched roofing, stonemasonry, cast iron repairs, and high-level gutter clearance.
Rope access offers a wide range of advantages over conventional access methods, including its outstanding safety record, versatility, speed of deployment, and cost-effectiveness. As a result, it is widely recognised as one of the safest and most efficient work-at-height solutions within the industry.

Our rope access team has been exceptionally busy over the past two weeks undertaking remedial repairs on a two-century-old conservation property situated in the bustling seaside town of Berwick Upon Tweed, England.
The technicians engaged in the scope of work involved executing traditional masonry repairs to the gable and simultaneously removing defective lime mortar from an area that was severely compromised structurally. Subsequently, they rectified the structural damage and repointed it using a traditional hydraulic lime mortar.
Whether it's carrying out projects on historic structures, industrial facilities or residential properties, our team have the expertise to handle any diverse challenge that may arise throughout the work scope. Our team are dedicated to finding the most suitable solutions for our clients, ensuring that all property maintenance and structural access needs are met with precision and proficiency.
By using rope access methods for access and egress this allows for our technicians to safely inspect, repair and maintain your property without the additional cost and inconvenience of traditional scaffold towers or mechanical access methods such as scissor lifts and cherry pickers.
The use of climbing ropes in industrial scopes was initially pioneered by explorers who first used ropes in caving and climbing settings and have since been adapted and modernised for many different aspects of work at height including traditional pitched roofing, stonemasonry, cast iron repairs and high level gutter clearance.
Rope access has a wide variety of benefits and advantages over other means of access, from its incredible safety record and versatility, to its speed and efficiency. Rope access stands out as being the safest and most efficient working at height solutions in the industry.
