Booking Policy Update — Effective January 1st

To protect my time and continue providing a premium experience, The Bearded Lady will be introducing a booking fee & cancellation policy.

• A booking fee will be required to secure all appointments
• 24 hours notice required for cancellations or reschedules
• No-call, no-shows or late cancellations will result in loss of the booking fee
