Don’t forget to look up 🌕🌸💜

And follow my page 😘

May’s full moon 🌕 the Super Flower 🌸 Blood Moon will occur tomorrow, 26th May, at 12.14pm.

The moon does appear full the night before (now) and the night after it’s peak. I’ve just been moon gazing now and it’s beautiful 😍

This month’s full Moon coincides with a total lunar eclipse! A lunar eclipse occurs when Earth stands directly between the Moon and the Sun, which results in Earth casting its shadow on the Moon. During a total lunar eclipse, the Moon is fully obscured by Earth’s shadow, giving the Moon a reddish hue. This phenomenon is where the term “blood moon” comes from.

May’s 🌺 Flower Moon name should be no surprise; flowers spring in abundance this month!

Are you in balance? 💜

The third eye chakra is the sixth chakra. Located on the forehead, between the eyebrows, it is the center of intuition and foresight. The function of the third eye chakra is driven by the principle of openness and imagination.

This chakra is related to the “supreme element”, which is the combination of all the elements in their pure form.

The third eye chakra is most commonly represented with the color purple or bluish purple. The image of the Third Eye chakra symbol contains two elements frequently associated with wisdom: the upside down triangle and the lotus flower.

The third eye chakra is associated with the following psychological and behavioral characteristics; Vision, Intuition, Perception of subtle dimensions and movements of energy, Psychic abilities related to clairvoyance and clairaudience especially, Access to mystical states, illumination, Connection to wisdom, insight and Motivates inspiration and creativity
The third eye chakra is an instrument to perceive the more subtle qualities of reality. It goes beyond the more physical senses into the realm of subtle energies.

Sustaining awareness of third eye chakra energy might require focus and the ability to relax into a different way of seeing. When we focus our mind and consciousness, we can see beyond the distractions and illusions that stand before us and have more insight to live and create more deeply aligned with our highest good.

When the Third eye chakra has an imbalance, it can manifest as; Feeling stuck in the daily grind without being able to look beyond your problems and set a guiding vision for yourself, Overactive third chakra without support from the rest of the chakra system may manifest as fantasies that appear more real than reality, indulgence in psychic fantasies and illusions, Not being able to establish a vision for oneself and realise it, Rejection of everything spiritual or beyond the usual, Not being able to see the greater picture and Lack of clarity.

Don’t forget to look up 🌕🐺

January’s full Wolf Moon 🐺🌕 reaches peak illumination on Thursday 28th January at 7.16pm GMT (2.16pm EST).

The full Moon names used by The Old Farmer’s Almanac come from a number of places, including Native American, Colonial American, and European sources. Traditionally, each full Moon name was applied to the entire lunar month in which it occurred, not just to the full Moon itself.

It’s thought that January’s full Moon came to be known as the Wolf Moon because 🐺 wolves were more often heard howling at this time. It was traditionally believed that wolves howled due to hunger during winter, but we know today that wolves howl for other reasons. Howling and other wolf vocalizations are generally used to define territory, locate pack members, reinforce social bonds, and coordinate hunting.

In common usage, the 🌕 moon is said to be full for a few to several days. To astronomers, however, the moon turns full at a well-defined instant: when the moon is directly opposite the sun (180 degrees from the sun in ecliptic longitude).

Are you in balance?

The Throat chakra is the fifth chakra. Located at the center of the neck at the level of the throat, it is the passage of the energy between the lower parts of the body and the head. The function of the Throat chakra is driven by the principle of expression and communication.

This chakra is related to the element of sound. Through the throat, sound is propagated into the air and its vibration can be felt not just in our ears, but also in our whole body. It is an important instrument of communication and expression.

The Throat chakra is most commonly represented with the color blue turquoise or aquamarine blue. The symbol of the Throat Chakra is composed of a circle with 16 petals and contains a downward-pointing triangle.

The Throat chakra is about the expression of yourself: Your truth, purpose in life, creativity. Note that this chakra has a natural connection with the second chakra or sacral chakra, center of emotions and creativity as well. The throat chakra’s emphasis is on expressing and projecting the creativity into the world according to its perfect form or authenticity.

Another function of the throat chakra is to connect you to spirit. Because of its location, it’s often seen as the “bottleneck” of the movement of energy in the body. Opening the throat chakra can greatly help align your vision with reality and release pressure that may affect the heart chakra that is located just below.

A blocked throat chakra can contribute to feelings of insecurity, timidity, and introversion. On the other end of the spectrum, an overactive throat chakra may also lead to gossiping, nonstop talking, and being verbally aggressive or mean. It can seem as though the filter between the discourse you have in your mind and what comes out of your mouth is not working, or missing entirely.
