Looking for one plant that delivers beauty all year round?

You can’t go far wrong with a hydrangea.
From vibrant summer flowers to rich autumn colour, hydrangeas keep giving long after many other plants have finished.

Here’s why they’re such a garden favourite:

1) Spectacular summer blooms
2) Beautiful autumn tones
3) Papery flower heads that remain through winter — perfect for dried flower displays and Christmas decorations
4) Fresh green shoots in spring, bursting from every stem and starting the cycle all over again

It’s a plant that provides interest in every season, making it one of the hardest-working shrubs you can grow.

If you’re looking for maximum impact with minimal effort, hydrangeas are hard to beat.

Who says your flower border can’t be delicious too?

You don’t need an allotment to grow edible plants.

Daylilies (Hemerocallis),beautiful perennials that don’t just brighten up your garden, they can brighten up your plate too.

The flowers are edible and make a colourful addition to salads, adding a mild, slightly sweet flavour and a real wow factor.

Daylilies are:

1) Easy to grow
2) Packed with vibrant blooms
3) Great for sunny borders
4) A stunning edible garnish

Just remember: only eat true daylilies (Hemerocallis) and never confuse them with ornamental lilies (Lilium), which are NOT edible.
Hemerocallis beautiful to look at… and delicious to eat.

IMPORTANT: Only pick edible flowers from your own garden where you know they haven’t been treated with pesticides, and avoid picking from roadsides or polluted areas.
