“ You sometimes need to give up the right to be right, to be happy” When you are struggling to let go of a pattern of thought, because it is on repeat like a stuck record say to yourself - I wonder what it will feel like to be neutral about this subject right now , change neutral about this subject right now, to whatever is bothering you to create harmony in your mind.
This massive Life Hack is a way to calm the ego mind, by using this phrase, "I wonder what it will feel like to - - - " this does not threaten our ego mind at all and will give you a gap, a pause in your thinking so that you can change your mind/perception about a person, experience or a situation.
