Ultegra R8050 Di2 is the next generation of arguably shimano’s most popular groupset.

Shimano aimed to make Ultegra the most adaptable group in the range with a massive variety of chainsets, cassettes.

The rear mech has been completely redesigned, it inherits Shimano’s low-profile Shadow design to allow a wider range of cassettes to help you get up those dreaded climbs.

The new Ultegra crankset has also got a major overhaul, firstly shimano has managed to increase the stiffness and decrease the weight. This is done by using an oversized crank design.

The new crankset also comes in different lengths ranging from 165mm right the way through to 175mm, you can also can choose from 53/39, 52/36, 50/34 and 46/36t chainring combinations.
Cassette options include 11-25,11-28,11-30,12-25,14-28,11-32 cassettes, as well as the new 11-34t cassette (long cage rear mech only).

The redesigned dual pivot brake callipers now accommodate up 28mm tyres and have been designed around 25mm tyres, perfectly suited to our roads.

These wheels are super strong, yet extremely aerodynamic and ready to race! If you are 100kg plus and looking for the strongest wheels around then you have found them. These wheels have been built on the H plus Son SL42 rim, and we lace them for maximum strength.

H Plus Son SL42-
The H Plus Son SL42 rim is the original 42mm high rim that took H plus son over a year to develop. The SL42 owes its stiffness and aerodynamics to 42mm profile height, and is manufactured using G609 aluminum alloy which is also 30 percent stronger than the 6061 aluminum alloy used in standard rim manufacture. The SL42 features a machined side wall for use with rim brakes.
