🧐 Jason came to the clinic with shoulder pain while boxing. 6 weeks ago he changed his training from body building to boxing in order to prepare for a charity fight 🥊

🤓 We quickly diagnosed him with supraspinatus tendinopathy and impingement caused by the huge change in training load 📈

🙋‍♂️ The goal was to get Jason back boxing as soon as possible. With no time to waste we have set him up with a rehab programme that he can complete both at home and in the boxing gym before sessions begin.
